Post-Processor

Such a configuration is typical for a Drive Train System inside an Electric Vehicle. The Inverter chops the direct current from the battery, puts it together as three-phase alternating current and thus drives the motor.

The HV-Filter shall protect the battery and the environment against disturbances, which are emitted during the “chopping” job by the Inverter.


The simulation example shows the limited effect of a standard HV-Filter quite graphic.


With the help of our Simulation-Tools, specifically adapted and optimized HV-Filters can be designed and realistically tested – including the load and stress of all filter elements.
